a days living in the 21st century became hard to the human beings,
where it’s the century where the technology was born. Technology has become a
curse. Predicting the future has reached the point of impossible. Economies
around the world has reached to the point of instability, one second can make a
difference.

            With
all the technology which has been born and developed through the past years
made the company’s take a neutral position in the market, the decision was made
to limit the risk of the environment the technology made. Competition became
higher every single second.

            Managers
through the years has become aware of the situation of the market change, where
learning became necessary to survive the fast changed and the impact of the new
innovations and technologies.

            The
learning organization became a concept where all the organizations adapted this
concept and using it as a tool where the organizations become more aware of the
market and economy changes. The tool was developed through years.

History

            The
past century Kanjelious & Argris who were the first which raised the
concept of learning organization, in the other hand Senge believes the
transformation was undergone by thinking and the activities of the management this
transformation was built through the theories and factors numerous. Argrys and
Shawn made a doubt where very much affected the thinking and the management’s
activity.

Senge(1990)

          Peter
Senge Book in the 1990 was written to destroy the illusion that the world is
created, where in his book he published the -Fifth disciplines- where he said ”
If we give up the this illusion, we can build a learning organization”, He recommended
that ” managers must learn to detect the seven organization Learning Disability
and use the Five discipline as the Antidote to them”.

Senge Defined the learning Organization ” is the company that facilitates the
learning of its members and continuously transforms itself “.

disciplines from senge:

a genuine vision ” people excel and learn , not because they are told to, but
because they want to” )

learning, (team members engaging in true
dialogue with their assumptions suspended)

As per to Senge All these disciplines
must be employed in a never-ending Quest to expand the capacity of the organization
to create the future. Where he also said that “Learning organization are those
that are to move past mere survival learning to engage in generative learning,
the learning that enhances are capacity to create”

Definitions

          Wake expressed
learning as change in the ability for responding to the demand of the task or
environmental pressure using different methods, as a result of more quickly
respond to same task, or as a result of other related interventions
experiences. Generally learning involves knowledge acquisition, knowledge
sharing, knowledge utilization and also new success. (Gumusluoglu 2009)

 

Learning Organization was defined as “an
organization skilled at creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge and at
modifying its behavior to reflect new knowledge and insights. Learning
organizations avoid stagnation through continuous self-examination and
experimentation.”

structures and strategies so as to enhance and maximize organization learning .

 

Learning Styles

 

            The concept of learning styles
has been raised numerous theories. One of the theories is Kolb’s theory of
experiential learning. Based on this theory, each learning situation in different
individuals can create four modes that these four modes set in two sides and
are on the two vectors. Modes of concrete experience (CE) versus abstract
conceptualization (AC) on vector of received and mode of Reflects Observation
(RO) versus active experimentation (AE) on vector of processor. (Safavi et al.
2010).

 

Attitudes
to Learning

 

          Eysenck and Keane (1995),
believes that creativity is one of the highest expressions of human thought. When
